I didn't get what I ordered

Flowers were ordered to be delivered on 2/14. Never delivered. However to follow up on the order number link... they claimed to have delivered them. On 2/15 flowers were delivered mid afternoon. Flowers were in poor condition wilted and broken. Do not order flowers from this florist. Poor customer service!

I ordered a big rose bouquet and I was sent lilies instead. Lilies are poisonous to my pets, which is why I never ask for them. They never answered calls or emails to correct this and kept my money.

Absolute worst. Paid for upgraded flowers. Owners do not answer the phone or email to account for the disgrace. See photos for what we ordered vs what was received. $100 of flowers
