I was very disappointed to see that my regular shampoo Herbal Essence went up about $8.00! I had to look 3 times. How could shampoo/conditioner go from $10 to almost $19! Do you think you're consumers wouldn't notice? This is shameful! This is Corporate greed, and this is how you lose your good customers.

Great grocery store with the right mix of items and low prices. No tap to pay though... So a little challenge to shop without cash or card.

Good neighborhood grocery store. This place is nice, clean, and has good selections of ethnic items, especially Asian items. However, at times it seems like they are short staff and not well managed. If you need anything from the locked cabinets, you have to wait 10-30 minutes for someone to come help you after pressing the 'help' button. Same as cashiers, most of the time there's only 1 or 2 lanes open. If you need help for return, pick up online order, or need help, be prepared to wait 10-30 min as well. Most of the time no one manning that station and when they eventually come, they will only do their tasks only and will not lift a finger or get out of their ways to help with other things. They can stand there watching you waiting for a long time while they are doing nothing and tell you it's not their job so you just have to wait for another person to come help you, whenever that person is available. There are 4 self check out lanes but most often, you have to wait for a really long time as some people really like to take their own sweet time to inspect their items before scanning and organize their shopping carts after scanning while taking a while to find their credit cards from their wallets to pay. I'm not exaggerating as this happens 80% of the time I visit this store especially during busy hours. Overall it's a good and convenient neighborhood grocery store if you are not in a hurry and enjoy taking your slow-life time. Or if you want to go there during off-peak hours to avoid unnecessary wait.
