Love this place. Bought toilets and faucets multiple times here. Maybe I'm lucky but all staffs I've met so far were friendly and helpful. Last month we came for a replacement of our shower system. Chris helped us identify the brand of our old shower system, and after hearing the issue, he even suggested us that we try to fix it before buying a new one. He is very nice, patient and knowledgeable.

I wanted to shop for a specific faucet. Got to the door and was told I can only come in if I have an appointment. Really??? I just wanted to look to see if they even had what I wanted. Guy was pleasant, but its ridiculous. He said they could provide "better service" with appointments. How about its because they can't handle any sort of "crowd " beyond 1 customer. I'll take my business elsewhere. I had money in my pocket ready to buy. Why would they turn a paying customer away like that? Big red flag! Go elsewhere!
