Staff are bullies and abusive. I have been with this plan for 10 years- Staff never help me. Staff scam me as a senior female member. What a shame!

Choose litersllyany other health plan. They will block you from getting health insurance services that you are entitled to. It is so painful getting services snd they do not believe in providing mental health. They will cancel appt and not let you reschedule. Horrible health plan.
