All our customers are very satisfied with the service they receive when it comes to customer service.We do not believe that we should annoy, follow, or bother our customers while they are shopping.We believe our customers deserve privacy and their own space while browsing, thinking, and making decisions. We do not want to impose any pressure or have any impact on our customers' shopping experience.Keep in mind that we are a retail store and not a kindergarten: we do not babysit our customers. Meaning, we let our customers make their own decisions on products.However, if a customer has a question or concern, we would be more than to help and assist them.As a matter of fact, we are so determined to help our customers that we have employed very diverse employees that can assist with different languages such as Spanish, Russian, Farsi, Persian, Dari and of course English.As you see, we care for our customers' needs and truly want to help them by understanding their own language and assisting them in their own language.We don't train our employees to provide fake smiles and fake "Hi" that you usually receive at big chain stores.Again, we are a family-owned retail store and not an acting class/agency to promote fake customer service.Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.Again, we do sincerely appreciate your review and 🌟
