Working for this company has been great. Everybody is so nice, and have always managed my schedule to my availability. I love my job, and the care I can give to my clients. Its a good company to work for, if your looking for job.

The family pays at least $45 a hour, and the caregiver who is doing all the work gets $17-$21 a hour. That's criminal. This company does not care about its employees and should be put out of business. Do not support this company!

Ive been a part of the Familiar Surroundings Home Care Family as a staff member for about 4 months now. Ive been in this profession for many years (10 plus years) and FSHC is definitely at the top of my list as far as jobs. The staff and their support has been absolutely amazing and they are all there to support 24/7. Anytime I have questions, no matter if it was during a shift after a shift, or on holidays, they have always been there, hands on and ready to help! Mell, Jessica, Stephanie and all of the other FSHC Staff, I couldnt thank you enough for all that have done, and continue to do!! You all truly make the agency what it is and its definitely an honor to beable to be part of this amazing team/family! Thank you everyone at Familiar Surroundings for all that you do not only for your caretakers but for your clients as well!
