The rooms at this hotel are not fancy but they are clean and very functional. What made the difference in our stay was the customer service at the front desk! Priscilla, who checked us in, was amazing! She was cheerful, knowledgeable and very helpful with our needs. She gave us airport shuttle info, restaurant info and suggestions and said "if there is anything you need please feel free to ask". Folks like this deserve kudos because they are hard to find nowdays! An attitude like that makes everything better! Thanks for a good stay and great customer (with a smile) service!

I felt unsafe. A stranger knocked on my door in the middle of the night. The hotel was unattractive and uncared for.
Rooms: Clean but unattractive. Unsafe feeling as the door was outside over the parking lot. Noisy.

5-star service from the front desk - Star is a STAR!!
Maintenance staff was also excellent.
Good budget hotel in a great location nearby to San Jose airport.
