        Disgusting. Smelly, dirty, homeless everywhere. The beds are hard as a rock, the sheets and blankets are like sandpaper, our bathtub/ shower drain didnt work so our child couldnt even take a normal bath here. Sketchy cars parked all around the property that never move. The photos on the website are misleading. Do not stay here unless you truly need to stay here on a budget long term. Not a place to stay to enjoy a trip or even on a business trip.

        Mark at the front desk was super helpful and kind! We had such a great experience with him. We came super late since we had issues with the air b n b we were at. He checked us in with no issues, gave us everything we wanted and more. Highly recommend coming here. :)

        Homeless encampment right at the front of hotel. GSA were not friendly or welcoming at all the PM shift agent was on FaceTime with someone while we were trying to ask for some help. We needed bedding for the sofa bed there was none in the closet called the front desk GSA said he didn't have anything just a sheet! Not helpful at all next day we asked for extra towels in the morning and was also only given one towel and was told that's all they had but housekeeping was there why couldn't they send us some since we never asked for service for our 4 day stay? All AM and PM FD agents at this property needs more training on customer service because they clearly SUCK at their jobs. This used to be a very beautiful property when it was a Staybridge suite but right now it has become almost a dump guests just smoking right outside their room doors, shower doors very unstable, smoking and vaping at the pool! Service at the FD not at all up to Par with the Sonesta brand!
