        I'm not sure why people have claimed this hotel to be clean. Theirs nothing clean about it. The pillows are gross, dirty with stains. The carpet is super dirty. Mold around the bathtub. Dust in every corner, furniture and closet rack. At this point, I feel like these hotel buy good reviews. If it wasn't 1am I would leave and continue driving for another three hours home with my kids.

        I had the most horrible experience here with one of the employees named Brie. Supposedly she is the supervisor but feels she can talk to people any kind of way. As a Hilton honors member and a paying customer I would never recommend this place. It was a lovely hotel but her nasty attitude after she charged 150 hold, on two of my cards was disgusting. From what the hotel told me they talked to her but didn't compensate me in any way. Not only was it embarrassing but no one should ever be treated like that anytime. I will never return to this hotel. Customer service can change my opinion about a place, it goes a long way!!!! I would have gave it a 1 star but the room was really nice

        The staff at the front desk are very nice. Our room was dirty, lot's of hair on the bathroom floor and just generally dingy. The lock on our door would not work, and the furniture needs to be replaced. We will not be staying at this hotel again.
