We installed furnace and AC Nov 2023 but nothing worked the first time. Took 3 inspections to pass furnace; one of the failures was gas leak although minor. Then when I need to turn on the AC the first time in April 24 it didnt work - no cool air. I gave 2 stars because of their responsiveness to service calls and friendly crew and staff.

It's unfortunate to have to put a one-star review, but it needs to be done. We called in and scheduled an appointment. The representative said that it would work the next day between 8AM to 12PM to allow for timeframe (perhaps for traffic jam or unexpected situations). Anyway, we agreed on said schedule and waited. The next day, we received a message and voice mail saying that they had been fully booked, and we had to reschedule to next day. Just as we appreciate their time and effort, they must also appreciate our time. Booking an appointment after a representative check their schedule is meant to avoid these types of issues of conflicting schedule. I do not understand what the point of booking an appointment would be if it'd get pushed back anyway. Conclusion is the experience was bad. Their nature of "emergency repair" is basically nonexistent with issues like this. They do not honor customer booking as they should have. If you're looking for immediate repair technician to come in, I highly suggest you skip this placeyour appointment would get rescheduled anyway.
