        It is always a pleasure to work with Katherine and her staff. They offer timely and relevant assistance and the best insurance options. I have sought information from other insurance companies and agents and most don't even bother to return calls or email requests. That has never been our experience with Katherine's agency. We've been with her for many years and have no plans to change that.
