December 2021 to February 2022: it is horrendous that a spark plugs change took seven weeks without the provision of a loaner vehicle, thereby causing me to accumulate thousands of dollars of rental vehicle expenses, of which an insultingly low US$450 or so was refunded to me by Jaguar USA. It is damaging to my mental health to think that a question I texted the service advisor has gone unanswered for more than 24 months to this day. The free-of-charge wiper blade replacement was akin to pouring a drop of water in an ocean of poison.

Had a good experience purchasing a certified pre-owned XF with low miles. Brandon did a good job identifying our needs and responding to our questions without being too pushy or overbearing.

I had a phenomenal experience with Trina and Sal and the sales department. However, the parts department are completely rude. I was rushed through my questions and was also hunged up on. Didnt catch they name but it was two gentlemen I talked to on feb 13 2024.

I had the most incredible experience buying my beautiful new Jaguar!!! Stacey Bahr was so much fun to work with and made everything absolutely seamless!!! I live in San Francisco so this was not the closest dealer but highly recommend giving them a visit. Thank you Stacey and I look forward to seeing you whenever I come down to get my car serviced.

Big THANK YOU JULIA KIBBE for being so patient & reliable throughout the whole process. Before even purchasing the car, she went out of her way to record & go in-depth aside from the photos we'd see. Moment we saw it, knew immediately it's a must have. 2 months later, still happy about it as if it was just yesterday!
