Total Whine! I am not surprised at all of the horror stories I have read about this particular location! They epitomize the fact that the best way to predict future behavior is past behavior. Everyone seems to feed off each other and when people complain, they receive scripted messages about contacting customer care, who could be in cahoots with the staff or are related. They may receive a slap on the wrist, if any action is taken, Otherwise, they would have been replaced already instead of still causing problems after all these years. I would expect an employee to be hovering over the sampling station, if they are bold enough to follow guests around the store they are suspicious of. If you ever feel uncomfortable shopping in a certain store or get bad vibes, even if it does not involve you personally, feel free to leave anytime. You are not obligated to stay. They may reject a sale, but you can refuse a purchase. If you are waiting in line at a register and notice someone being untreated unfairly or unjustly, do not be afraid to take your business elsewhere. One visit or incident is all it takes to make a bad impression.
