        The place is very clean and professional. The staff there is great and I was told the owner regularly attends seminars to learn of new techniques. The sessions are tailored to your specific ailments, so you can tell they really care about helping your wellbeing. Those of us that exercise frequently would benefit from having regular sessions here as it definitely helps with recovery and general maintenance. I had injured my lower back deadlifting, and I found the sessions here to be immensely helpful in my recovery.

        The best massage ever. Kay has ruined all other masseuses for me. I can't get massage anywhere else without leaving disappointed. The massage is different everytime and everytime it is exactly the massage I needed. Even when I don't tell her where I'm hurting, she finds it and fixed it. I cannot recommend her highly enough. You should know that her deep tissue massages are DEEP, so if you like gentle massages, this one is not for you.
