Uncaring staff. Just cold. Not a place I'd recommend coming for health care.

The ICU staff are incredibly helpful and polite but other than them. All the other floors the nurses were terrible. Rude, bad communication, and just bad service. Some of them were nice but most of them were just careless and not understanding. I hope I never have to come here again with anybody else. The Covid rules for only one person per room were absolutely terrible for a family member thats on the verge of passing away. Shame on Kaiser. Shame shame shame. I know Im not the only one that had to go through this. So many other people would agree with me and Kaiser knows that but they just dont seem to care because its all about $$$.

The worst emergency room care . I took my son here do to him being in pain. And they made us wait for 3 hours , didnt prescribe anything to help him , and then wouldnt look up his medi cAl by his birthday and told me they will be sending me the bill . The bill for what ?? For waiting for 3 hrs just to be told to go to the store to buy something over the counter ? Im very upset do not recommend coming here . Go somewhere else .. good Sam is much better and treat their patients much better .
