I came in on a sunday around noon and didn't have to wait! (I did call beforehand asking if they had space). The salon itself is really clean, albeit slightly outdated. Kim gave me a gel mani and was really meticulous with shaping my nails, trimming my cuticles, and painting. One thing to improve is perhaps the color selection - they had so many pinks and reds but very few options for other colors. They also felt a bit outdated (think mid 2010s).

I tried this salon 3x and had 3 different technicians.  I went in to get nail dip and all 3 technicians were less than stellar.  Also, the prices seem to vary by technician.  The first time I went I was charged according to the prices on the board.  The 2nd time I got the same exact services and I was charged $10 more I asked what the extra $10 was and I was told it was for removal of the previous nail dip and polish.  I found this odd but decided to just move on.  I wasn't going to go back but on yelp I found several really good reviews for a particular technician - Andy, so I thought I would book an appointment specifically with him.  The nail dip manicure and pedicure took a really long time and the nail dip was uneven and looked more like a really bad silk wrap.  When I brought it up I was told it was because my nails are uneven - I found that odd as it wasn't an issue the previous times.  Perhaps if I spoke the language my experience would have been different as the technicians struggle with English.

This is the best place for a pedicure that has the most bang for your buck. I got a gel pedicure that included exfoliation, a massage, and even hot stones and it came out to $36!  I've gone to other nail salons like kitchen nail bar and they didn't paint my nails nearly as nice as they did here at Club nails. They took their time to perfect the cuticle and color. Highly recommend coming here!
