Horrible experience with doctor, receptionist, and customer service. Double charged for a no show, despite being there by the arrival time. I gave the receptionist the arrival time rather than the appointment time. Only realized I was in fact on time when they had turned me away. I then called customer service to be told that the receptionists are infallible. Go somewhere else and if you cant, beware of them scamming you at every turn.

As others have mentioned, everything is good until you are trapped. I called the billing department to ask couple questions. "I can only tell you the balance and can't discussed anything further, do you want to pay it?" The conversation ended.

Sadly I've had vertigo for almost 2 years (December '21) and went to Dr Nelson twice. Unfortunately his "procedure" - which was throwing me back quickly to loosen the "crystals" in my ear that is causing the vertigo. Welp, that didn't work and he did it again.
I get a bill for the office visit and then an additional charge for the said procedure of throwing my back (while sitting)....how is it that they charge $400.00 for this janky technique?

Things go fine with excellent customer services until you got trapped.
Once, I called a day before the next appointment, asking if there would be any issue to move my next day appointment to another day because I might be running late from an unexpected meeting at work. I did emphasized that it's not a cancellation, it just an ask if I could move my appointment to a different time else I would still make it with possibly a few minutes late at worst. The representative reassured that it's not a cancellation and I wouldn't have to worry about the cancellation fee.
Surprisingly, 3 weeks later I got an invoice that includes a charge of $50 for a "no show office visit". I called the office to explain, got a call back from the staff who handles billing and heard a very different tone "You called in 21 hours before the the appointment time to change the appointment. We could not force you to come in if you don't want, so we make a new appointment for you and cancel the other one. You read and signed our policy before so you have to pay that fee, we can't do anything different."
We could not force you to come so we quietly billed you? :-D
Alright, that really force me from visiting that office in the future.
