I'm Renato do Carmo the Owner of D'Carmo Interlocking Pavers, Inc. I just had a bad experience with Garden Supply and Abish the person who helped me with my order. I called and ordered 600sf of Belgard Shelton Wall and paid for the order. She sent me 19 pallets of product. Each pallet had 26sf. which are 494 sf. and NOT 600sf. The crew ran out of material and I needed to order another 4 pallets of product from another suppler in order to finish my project. I then called Garden Supply back and asked to speak with Abish again and told her that I got only 494 sf instead of 600sf I've paid for. She kept saying that I paid per pallet and not per sf. and that I didn't have any refund. I'm sure I paid for 600sf and received only 494sf. but they kept saying that I only paid for the number of pallet they delivered to me. However, I'm not going to order anything from Garden Supply ever again. I felt ripped off and the customer service was terrible.
