San Jose Compounding Pharmacy

I was a little hesitant to use this pharmacy after seeing mixed reviews but my experience has been nothing but excellent! I called around to lots of places to find somewhere that would compound a rare medication for my dog and this was the first pharmacy willing to handle it. They were easy to work with, pleasant to speak to, and when the prescription needed to be clarified they got on the phone with the vet and kept me updated promptly via email. The prescription was filled quickly and they offered shipping or in-person pickup. Even after the purchase I needed help with the receipt for my pet insurance claim and they continued to be courteous and helpful, above and beyond all my expectations.

This is the 2nd time Ive dealt with San Jose Compounding Pharmacy. 1st time I found them to be professional, prompt, and friendly. I have a cat thats on steroids for an upper respiratory issue. The vet submitted the prescription late, the day before Thanksgiving. The pharmacy contacted me to inform me that the prescription would not be filled until after the holiday weekend. I explained that I only had 1 dose left, if they could compound Maxs scrip the same day. I was told that they were extremely busy because of the holiday they would try to squeeze it in. They had his prescription ready by end of day. Thanks for doing that for Max. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Wife was in pain due to a new medical treatment and I frantically called many retail and hospital pharmacies to fill a compound RX mouthwash, but they couldn't. Finally called SJ Compounding and they filled it super fast, though was late in the day! Folks there were very helpful and friendly - asked about wife too. I had a great experience during a tough time. Thank you.

My aunt was overjoyed with the attention she received. She was treated so well that she requested a refill from her doctor's office. Despite the fact that the drug was not a generic, it was reasonably priced. This pharmacy has my full support.

both of vish and john have no respect for their employees and customers!!! explains why the "turnover" is so high. have no filter when speaking or should i say they yell belittle and talk out loud so everybody can hear the terriblethingstheyboth say about employees!!!
