I had a disappointing experience with "Efficient Water Heaters." I hired them to replace my existing water heater, which is of the "Navien" brand, with a newer model 210 A2. I was convinced as they claim to be listed on the Navien website, regardless of a RED flag; when they asked to pay a lower service amount in cash. Finally, we settled on the higher service price and paid using a check. They promised to replace the parts (As mentioned in the text from them below), but they failed to deliver on that promise. Here's the text conversation from them: "It Includes a new water heater, installation, and disposal of the old tank." When I noticed that they installed the new water heater, did not replace the tank as promised, and asked politely to rectify the situation, they became confrontational. I contacted them to discuss the issue and hardly uttered two sentences on the phone when he hung up and became controversial and hostile over text. To make matters worse, they even threatened to put a lien on my property over the text messages. The behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly advise against using their services."

Joseph answered the phone on Sunday, offered a fair price and scheduled the installation of a new water heater for Monday morning. He arrived on time and installed a high quality water heater in about two hours. Thank goodness for Efficient Water Heaters.

Last night our water heater cracked on the bottom and leak water all over our garage also causing a faucet leak in the upstairs bathtub. Had to turn off the water to the house. Put out a quote on Yelp to multiple businesses. Joseph responded within 10 minutes telling me that they can be out as early as the next morning. I gave him a call last night, pricing was very reasonable, so booked him to come out at 8 am. Ray and Joseph showed up right at 8 am and went to work. They were done with everything in less than two hours. Got new water heater up and running and no more leak from the faucet. Would definitely recommend this business. Thank you Joseph! Joseph was quick and responsive, in both calling and texting to help get my 16 year old water heater out and a new one replaced within 24 hours of first calling. He was super helpful, asked for a pic of the old tank to anticipate what I needed, and was unfazed when he realized my tank was on the 2nd floor. I 100% recommend Efficient Water Heaters and will call them first if I ever have any troubles in the future (which I hope wont be necessary for the next decade plus, with the new water tank I had installed).
