Advanced Pipe Specialist in short, is an outstanding company. They re-piped my Mother's house in Sacramento. They installed Pex plastic piping to replace the old corroded galvanized piping, which was causing low water pressure throughout the house. They protected the existing flooring before starting work every day. They clean up and leave no trash behind daily; in short, they're respectful of the property. The second most absolute important topic here is that they did a nice job re-piping the house, working with the City Inspector and quickly following up on the Inspector's to-do list, and they just get after the work to get it done to minimize the inconvenience of interrupted water service. The most important topic here to me is that they were clean cut, and respectful to my Mother, and me. I've dealt with "winners" before (sarcasm here), but genuinely, Jr. And Advanced Repipe Specialist are truly winners. I'm glad we contracted with them to perform our repipe. Ramiro and his crew repiped my 122 year old 4 unit flat working around schedules of tenants who work at home. Necessary holes in walls and ceilings were kept to a minimum and were well repaired by Oscar such that the patching was not conspicuous. The workers put protective runners on the floors, and vacuumed the dust and plaster chips each day. Every tenant was pleased at the increase in water pressure, the reduced time to get hot water to their faucets, and no more rust particles. Veronica graciously interfaced with 2 city bureaucracies to smooth the permit process which had delayed the start date of the project. Ive recommended Advanced Repipe Specialists to several other owners of older homes, and probably will hire them to repipe another older home that I own.

Ramiro(the owner) and his crew are professional and responsive to our concern. From getting the estimate to the project completely done. We re-pipe the whole house due to a leak in the bathroom. It was a smooth project though there were some mis-communication but Ramiro took care and fixed everything. It took 4 days for them to re-pipe the whole house and installed a tankless heater. The patch work is done beautifully. Ramiro also make sure our permit is done accordingly. His crew was there all the time during the inspection. Ramiro is responsive even after the project is done which we are thankful of. He responded to our call and came back to double check there is no leak after the project. We are glad to have Ramiro and his crew took care of our re-pipe project. He might not be the cheapest but you have piece of mind to have them take care of your repiping project.
