Avoid avoid avoid.  I am someone with a background in finance and tax law, and I found Nat's Tax knowledge to be extremely poor and rudimentary (although she seems nice).  If you require anything more than a simple tax filing, look elsewhere.  Even for the simple tax filing you would be better served using a tax return service from any free online filing program.  There should be some sort of yearly credentialing required for these tax prep agencies to weed out substandard ones like Nat's Tax (hey .. that rhymes .. sort of).  Avoid unless you (ironically) want to pay more taxes than you would using a free tax filing service.

I'd like to say nice things but never received a call back from two calls. Tempted just to go by the office.
