Rude, unprofessional, little to none knowledge.
We had been working with them for the pass 2 years since it close by and we new to the area. The price is not consistent, very mood-dependence. Phone courtesy is always horrible, when you want to ask for more information.
This year, we have a friend that has license and willing to help us to filing for tax. NEVER IN MY LIFE I EXPERIENCE SUCH A RIDICULOUS UNCOOPERATIVE ATTITUDE.
I just want a simple AGI number, and the guy who did tax for us in the last 2 year traigh up said: " he doesn't know what is that number". After back and forward for more than 30m the number they gave us is WRONG.
DON'T GOING TO THIS PLACE.
