Emser Tile

Having issue with the quality of the stone. Floor is less than a year hold. Holes are forming and quality is degrading. Very frustrated customer.

Their return policy is annoying. I tried to return an unused box of grout. They didn't want to return it because it's against their return policy, which wasn't posted anywhere or communicated to me when I purchased the grout. The receipt only states there will be a restocking fee. When I asked to read their return policy, they had to dig through some file folders to find it. They finally did call the manager who returned the product for me with the restocking fee. Had I known their policy in advance, I wouldn't have bought the extra box. It wasn't even that much money, but I spent an hour driving out there and back to return it so I was irritated when they sprung the hidden return policy on me. Bullnose Tile is so much easier to work with and the people are way friendlier. I won't return to Emser Tile and would not recommend them.
