I was surprised by the professional service and attitude. Towing places are known to be rude and disrespectful. They actually treated the situation with the utmost respect and I thank them for it. The story is, my friends car got towed and I helped him get his car back.

They left writing on my windshield that was incredibly hard to wash off. However, the service was nice, the poor worker tasked with helping us had to give a lot of bad news to some very stressed people and did everything they could to make our experience better.

They told my car and went I came back to retrieve it there was damage. I ask for a manger, one of the workers said she was unavailable and wouldnt give his name. He told me they would review the video cameras to see and they would get back to me.

I recently received service through AAA from Motor Body and the Driver Ronaldo was excellent, kind and professional...Asked if I was ok and if I needed anything else...I totally recommend this company and will use them in the future.
