I do not like leaving negative reviews on a small local business but I had to in this case. I chose this business due to decent reviews on google and the fact their business was about 5 minutes away from my car. They told me 10 minutes but it took over 2 hours. They get your card info on the phone so they can charge you a $50 cancellation fee so I couldn't even go with another option without getting screwed by them. Theres lots of towing companies in this city, don't go with this one. Its not like their prices are competitive, it was 140 bucks to tow a normal sized sedan 4 miles. On yelp there are others with similar experiences to mine so this is clearly not an unusual behavior from them. Service: Car towing

Tow truck driver was very unprofessional. He ran a red light, almost crashed into a car and took us through the street because it was too windy and he didn't want to get a ticket from chp because he didn't have the right equipment to tow for us...it was supposed to be 16 miles straight shot from the freeway ended up being 25 through the street and charged us close to $300!!! Never using their service again! Would not recommend to anyone
