        Always sucks getting your car towed, but they made it about as easy as possible to pick up. Unfortunately no seating or waiting area.

        If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. For some reason that's beyond me, my apartment has this "business" contracted to patrol our complex. They towed my car, from my apartment complex, where I'm a resident, from a spot I park in all the time, and I had to pay FOUR HUNDRED AND EIGHTY DOLLARS to get my car back. On top of that, when I got there the guy at the front told me they couldn't accept credit cards, and that it was cash only - who carries around $500 in cash? He couldn't even look me in the eye while he was talking to me. I don't know how this is legal, but it's extremely sleazy and trashy.
