We were disappointed to discover that the car we were interested in, as confirmed by Erick, was not available upon our arrival at the dealership. The staff, particularly the lady we spoke with, showed little concern for the inconvenience caused by the misinformation. It's concerning that either there's a lack of communication about inventory within the dealership, or there's a deliberate attempt to lure customers in with false information. This experience left us feeling deceived and raises questions about the integrity of their business practices. Furthermore, their failure to update their Craigslist advertisements adds to the frustration, as the car we inquired about was still listed as available despite being sold days prior.

Poor customer service, I called to inquire about a Lexus SUV that was posted on Craigslist, I spoke to a representative not once but twice to confirm the car was still available. I drive one hour to check the car and when I get to the dealership very calmly the sales rep tells me the car sold two days prior. This is ridiculous, waste my time with lies and then don't even apologize for their deception. Very poor business ethics, if they do that to potential clients I wonder what they do once they have you on the hook with a purchase.
