From the consultation with Jessy to the pre-op to the procedure, everything was first class. Each and every person that answered a question or prepped me for the procedure was welcoming and warm. Dr.Egu, you are simply the quintessential cosmetic surgeon. This was my very first procedure EVER and I was truly highly favored to have Dr.Egu perform my Apex. His honesty and passion for performing excellent work is evident. I am only 2 days post procedure, so 3 months before I see my end results, yet I feel great thus far. Dr.Egu and Nurse Becca were an incredible team and performed a perfect procedure. I was comfortable and would highly recommend Dr.Egu for any cosmetic surgery needs. I am looking forward to posting an update in month 3. Salud Dr.Egu!

The worst experience literally paid thousands of dollars not only to not get what I wanted but to be discriminated against and treated like garbage. I was supposed to have revisions and 3 compted additional areas. This did not happen! The day before my surgery, they didn't even know I was there for pre-op or that I was supposed to have surgery the next day! I was assured everything was okay for surgery. Things went dramatically wrong. Not only was I informed to pick up meds after surgery, but when I showed up the next day, I was treated disgustingly. I was looked down upon and eyes rolled because I didn't have the medication I needed. I went into surgery, and I was in the worst pain of my life because I didn't have the proper meds administered prior( my whole body was shaking on the surgery table the whole time) . I do not blame the surgeon, although I am not surprised she left because she was not happy with Sonobello methods as well, concerned about her pay. I did not get the proper care or treatment. In fact, I was rushed out of there as if I was scum of the earth. I was not prepared in advance of all the items I needed and had to get a lot of last-minute items. When I went for my first check-in, the nurse lady didn't even see the progress either and informed me that they didn't even want to give me the compression garmet. She said she would reach out to the team about my second surgery and concerns, and I still haven't heard from anyone. Also, to make matters worse, not only being ghosted by the clinic but also Abby Kerr I Sr. Patient Relations Manager, she won't respond to any of my calls, texts , or emails. This has been going on since December of last year. How professional is it to ghost a patient/ client when that is your whole job. I will not be taking my review down until I am completely satisfied, which is how I was tricked the first time. Sonobello are are scammers and not true to you their word. Please take your money else where. You will be happy you did

This is my 2nd time with Sono Bello and I must say the staff and nurses are so nice and helpful. Thank you all making me feel so comfortable and welcoming

Pre op nurses Becca and Jenna were superb. They took such good care of me all the way through the procedure. Even when I was a little loopy and fidgeting nurse Becca held my feet. I remember that!
