        DISAPPOINTING!!! Traveling and needed urgent help with a set up of an account and setting up bill pay. This is the only chase around UNFORTUNATELY. Not only do they have someone checking people in but yet has NO idea about anything chase nor the app. So doesnt answer any questions. WHY is she even there for ??? To get a rep we had to wait over 30 min and STILL did not get anything resolved. Will never come to this branch again.
