        Hi, I've experienced 2 problems in the past recently in another problem today. I don't know, but your guys' service is gone down. If someone brings in the defective cart, you shouldn't tell them. Oh, you just screw the bottom. You should give them stored policy another cart. And as well your people, your budtenders, are not always. The greatest attitudes are always being given to me and I shop about 5 times a week. I'm about to go. Take my business somewhere else and my friend. Because we go in there all the time in order from somewhere else. I've been ordering since you guys from 2019. I'm really disappointed.
