        What a rip off. Reminded me of a Sleezy used car dealership. I booked with rewards and ended up doubling the price. The car i ordered wasn't ready after arriving at the exact time I reserved. My family and I are on vacation so waiting an hour in their dirty lobby wasn't appealing so I did an upgrade. Normally being that it's their fault you'd think they'd discount this or upgrade for thee inconvenience. Not here... The upgrade was in the wrong spot, car was dirty and I felt ripped off. Beware of their tricks to get you in then screw you over.

        Pretty Lousy car rental. Pre paid car rental and the car was not put on hold. Had to wait 3 hours for the next car. Go somewhere else.
