        The process was easy picking up and return. Car was clean and plenty of styles to pick from. Staff was friendly. The car I rented had an issue with the display when I was navigating somewhere. The screen would become all distorted. Had to use my phone vs the navigation on the car.

        Always a great experience with National, but particularly great with my recent interaction. Alex, at the Orange County Airport location was fantastic. I had an issue and he quickly handled it and assured us he would take care of any problems at billing. Very classy guy and we appreciate the attention after what could have been a much bigger concern. Thanks Alex !
