-This location lives of our payments plus service fees for sure , I came in to pay my bill and was help out by Jesus the impression of wanting to demonstrate quality of customer service was definitely not there,(how about that lunch break request thou?) " PROVECHO HOMIE" after having explained my issue and attempting to enroll into acp i simply wanted to pay my bill and this fella had no knowledge to anything I needed help with and decided to tell me they are different franchise to that they don't do almost everything I needed help with...sheesh! he didn't even know what bridge pay was ....this location has always been unreasonably inadequate to help ...common curiosity isn't system provided ,it's with one it's self grows out of kindness, understanding , reasoning and humbleness ...the one star is for effort if even any! P.S-The Girls at the Lincoln and Knott location in Buena Park should train these guys ASAP!

Great service and the employees are very nice and welcoming. They made it very easy to switch and they have such great deals. They were fast and not complicated at all. Would recommend.
