Absolutely HORRIBLE and unprofessional. I hired 2 cleaners and only one showed up. 50 min late. They hardly spoke any English and didn't communicate AT ALL with me until last minute they told me that the other cleaner was sick. They lied and said that the cleaners car was broken down but she miraculously parked that same car at my residence. I unfortunately had to turn the cleaner away due to this incredibly frustrating experience and I didn't have 4+ hours to wait for one person to do a deep clean when I hired 2 cleaners to begin with!! And to top it all off,I get a nasty text message from some college kid pretending to be a manager calling me names and harrassing me, lying about why the cleaner was late and blaming ME for the miscommunication. Unbelievably unprofessional and out of line. They missed out on a big tip and a returning customer. I'll NEVER recommend them.

WARNING for anyone who's considering using Bright House OC: don't do it! I received their mailer on my door a month ago and tried their service for the first time 2 weeks ago. I was wanting to support a local business so I called and they sent someone out to collect a quote, she was nice (but was 15 minutes late)  and told me it would be $80 an hour and wouldn't exceed more that 3.5 hours. The cleaning crew came which consisted of 2 people, the lady was friendly enough, but the man was absolutely not, and they did a mediocre job but didn't dust things down, broke some bath bombs, didn't fully clean our primary shower, left streaks on the shower doors, & they later corrected the shower, because they sent someone who spoke English to do a final check of the house (which i will say was helpful). They left the bath tub on (I'm sure by accident--but let's try to turn the faucet all the way off ) so there was hard water stains in the tub. They put everything back in different places and I had to dust after they left. But what was most upsetting was they left my laundry room sink on. I didn't catch this until way later-- I had placed several items in the sink to make room for them to clean like pictures, clean towels, a pillow and my podcast mic. For some reason someone left the faucet on and it ruined several picture frames and special pictures, my podcast mic and a few other items that really upset me. I sent a picture to them letting them know about the damages and they replied letting me know they'd offer $5 off my next services.  they charged me $320 for the cleaning service, persisted to argue with me via text after I let them know that I'll be sharing my experience on FB and let's just say I will not be going back to them AND I do not recommend Bright House OC. Forget about the house, I need a whole cleansing after this experience.
