I wish I could give a better review to the facility. The staff seemed to be nice and helpful. What scared me away was the waiting time. I was scheduled at 1:30 PM so I came at 1:26 to fill in the paperwork. It's been 2 years since I was in a dental office so I understood that the clinic was packed and decided to wait patiently for 30 minnutes. The staff said the equipment was cleaned so I waited another 30 mins to be roomed, then waited one more hour after the X-ray. I had to leave for my class and did not have a chance to go through the procedure. I am sure they are great at their jobs, but there was no privacy between the patient's space where dentists do the procedure. Everyone can hear about my dental issues as clear as I can hear theirs. All of the staff were nice to me, it is only because the place is understaffed, and someone who is scheduled should be notified if they have to wait for more than 30 mins. As a fellow medical worker I understand the struggles of having too many patients in a tight schedule, but I will not be able to comeback to this facility again.

I love this dental office! The whole staff loves their jobs. enthusiastic, kind, and caring! There was no dental shaming at this dental practice! All procedures were explained so well I hardly had any questions. Im not exaggerating when I say it was the best visit to the dentist! I do not feel anxious at all when I think of going back. Good work guys!

Dr. Nguyen fixed my worn down teeth. She made me two Crowns that fit well and it was painless. She also made me a Night Guard for my teeth grinding and I can have better sleep with no jaw pain. I highly would refer my friends and family to her Dental practice. The staff is nice and friendly.
