    The worst vendor we have encountered. Hired as our photobooth vendor for the wedding, attendant showed up late. Poor communication channels. Did not send digital gallery. No response post event. Don't waste your time with this service. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra money and find someone who is reliable.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I know this is long, but definitely worth the read if it saves you from booking them!!!! If I can give 0 stars I would, but I have to give 1 to leave a review. They say on their invoice they strive for 5 stars, well the are FAR FROM THAT! I saw them on Groupon, called and inquired about the ad & that I had some questions,& immediately got a call back within a minute. They talked me into not going through Groupon but to book directly through them as it is a "better deal" since if you book with Groupon they have to "add" stuff so the price jumps up, plus if I book through them directly I get a better backdrop, better props & digital uploads and GIF animations. The deal seemed good for the price, so I booked it. I told them my sister was paying as it was a gift for my 50th birthday party so we would pay in a couple of days. I did not know this at first, but this company is a franchise, so after you book they find someone in your town to do the event. After looking at everything, my sister and I had some more questions, so we called the local rep's number they gave us, Ivan, who would be handling the event. He called back & explained everything & made it sound easy and great...here is where it ALL went wrong....After my sister paid for it, IN FULL by the way because that is how it has to be (red flag), every time an issue or a question came up it was total crickets & I had to call the corporate number to try & get someone to contact Ivan so he would call back. It was such a hassle trying to get a call back, or for him to send me the contract I needed signed for the event venue. I had to call & say I was going to cancel my event a week before just to get a response from Ivan. Then he tells me they will assign me an attendant for that night, and there is a "timeline on how they do things". I told him, "well no one has called me to tell me this timeline, & I have questions because the venue is asking me things that I need answered & no one is calling me back". I also told him how people hire company's to lower their anxiety and work they have to do, but instead him & this company have increased mine a lot! He was "apologetic", but that still didn't make him return my calls the next time either. I started looking for other local photo booth companies, but it was too close to the event & everyone was booked, so I had to use them & I already had over 100 RSVP's. I honestly wasn't even sure if they were going to show up, so I went out & purchased a backdrop & props just in case!!! The attendant, a young girl in her 20s showed up the night of the event & set up the camera, props and backdrop. It was HORRIBLE! The camera was so delayed to take a picture you had to literally not move for almost 10 seconds or it would be blurry! Also, the camera was so low that even the shortest guest at my party who was only 5 feet tall would have to duck down to get into the frame if she had on any props!! Plus the camera was so close that hardly 4 people could fit in the frame. We asked her to push the camera back so we could fit, which she reluctantly did. As for the height of the camera, we asked her at least 4-5 times to lift it up, but she wouldn't. So everyone was ducking down and holding poses just to get a shot. Also, the "package" I bought included "extra" props. Well, thank GOODNESS I BOUGHT props because all they brought were 4 big clown glasses & a small amount of sayings on a stick. If it wasn't for the hats, glasses, and silly headbands, etc, that I bought it would have been so boring! We made a good time of it anyway because my guest were so fun, but the actual photo booth was horrible. Some people just gave up using it and took photos with the props with their phones. My event has been over since Sept 28th & I have yet to receive the digital downloads & GIF animations I paid for even after multiple attempts reaching out to corporate, Ivan and the attendant that night. The only responses I get is "I will look into it". Still trying, but I don't have much hope about receiving them
