        ABSOLUTE PERFECTION EVERY TIME!! Sending flowers from thousands of miles away can be stressful but we Never have that issue with Aserendipity Flowers. Their flower arrangements are always Beautiful, look exactly like the picture you choose & theyre very fresh arrangements that last a long time. We will only trust our flower orders in the Orange County area to Aserendipity. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You so very much!!!

        The woman working the counter was absolutely amazing, her services were fast and her flowers were beautiful! Definitely recommend coming here

        Obviously if I could 0ZERO stars! I order the birthday arrangement (40$) and I got the worse ones (NOTHING TO THE PICTURE) I called to ask for a refund or exchange and immediately the manger was yelling over the phone, that Im wrong and to take it up with DoorDash, I wasnt even mad to the point where she hung up on me. I was crying afterwards cause its my moms birthday and it was last few bucks I had. Terrible rude service ever and not even nice flowers, I could literally go the grocery store and get a nice set for 25$.

Recalling this situation, we invited you to come in and receive a replacement of your choosing since you chose florists choice “deal of the day” and and we then fill to value of the order. We don’t like to see our customers unhappy.The only reason why we referred you to DoorDash is if you wanted a refund, where it is not in our power to that.We still would really love to resolve this with a replacement arrangement to make sure you and your mom are happy!We sincerely appreciate your consideration and apologize about any miscommunication.Thank you,Serendipity Management
