    They made me exactly what I wanted and did a wonderful job the flower bouquet that they made me was beautiful it was for our wedding anniversary. Service was great very friendly and they go as far as if you do not like what they made for you. They will remake it and you dont need to take it if you dont like it.

    Please do NOT use Santos Flowers for any event centerpieces. I had been going to Santos Flowers to purchase flower bouquets throughout the years and decided to use them for my wedding centerpieces. The man that assisted us prepared a sample centerpiece with flowers that I hand-picked at their store. He wrote down every single flower name he used on the sample centerpiece, and we paid him for the sample and a deposit for my wedding centerpieces. I went back a second time to pay the remaining balance and asked him to make a few adjustments to the centerpieces. I told him we will pay extra as long as they used more ivory roses. I paid him the extra fee and he revised the invoice. The day before my wedding, Santos Flowers delivered my centerpieces to my reception venue, and I had my family assist in unloading the flowers. Five minutes later, I noticed the flowers on the centerpieces were not at all what I asked for and what was on my invoice. I called Santos Flowers and the man that had initially assisted me said they could not do anything about their mistake. However, they were willing to send the driver back to pick up the flowers and fix the issue if I would pay another delivery fee. I refused to pay a delivery fee when it was their mistake. I decided to go in-person to the store and speak with the man that had initially assisted us in preparing the sample centerpiece. He was extremely rude and said they did not want to help me with fixing their mistake unless I paid more for the delivery fee. I showed him the picture of the sample centerpieces and the ones that I received. They ended up using cheaper flowers on my centerpieces and it looked less full. Then I showed him the invoice that showed I paid for specific flowers. He asked that I leave the store. I asked if they can at least give me the flowers that I had paid for on the invoice and I told him I would fix it myself. He refused. I asked to speak with the owner, but he said the owner did not want to help me with their mistake. At the end, he did NOT offer an apology and only gave me a dozen roses to fix 12 centerpieces and my main sweetheart table flowers as well. I am extremely disappointed and had to use the centerpieces that were provided. The flowers were droopy and not as full as the initial sample I was given. It was too late to fix. Please do yourself a favor and avoid the headache. No bride deserves to be dealing with unprofessional vendors who do not treat their loyal customers with respect. Please message me or comment here if you want more information about this. The business responded to this review that they would fix the issue but it is too late. They should have fixed their error when I went to their store. Its a couple months too late.
