        The staff at this property earns this place five stars. Every single person who worked there was amazing and helpful and went above and beyond. Every person. The lobby is wonderful as is the courtyard. The location fantastic. The room unfortunately had issues. The bed was comfortable. But. There was a huge water stain on our ceiling. The toilet seat was broken. The thermostat was broken. And the bed is placed in a way that only one person can watch TV. If they moved the bed to the wall opposite the TV the whole room would work better. The TV could be mounted on the wall and the desk and dresser moved to where the bed is located. The whole room would work better. Noteworthy details: Ritz Carlton level customer service. I was so impressed by the commitment to outstanding service.
