Dat and his lending team were amazing at guiding me through the home buying process as a first time home buyer. I worked on and off with him for 2 years, and they always came back to me with the numbers I needed in order to determine what I could afford. Definitely would recommend as they get you the best possible rate and make understanding each part of Escrow simple. A pleasure to work with them!
