        Terrible, the printing system never works

        Went in to get a package and was turned away because we didnt have a document with the home address. We were told we had an additional two days to pick up the package but we were not given a time on the second day that our package would be shipped back to sender. Two days later next representative only asked for a tracking number which we would have had the first time. Our package was returned to sender on the second day and now we are without an important package for an undefined period of time. Very disappointing.

        If you get the male customer service rep, hes great and very accommodating. If you get the lady who works there, good luck. She is the worst to deal with, hates her life and her job. Just go to the other mailing and printing places nearby.
