        AJI was awesome. He arrived on time to unplug drain and then quickly diagnosed the problem. He also had excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to resolve all issues and was very pleasant to work with.

        Mr. Rooter was able to schedule my service promptly and communicative up until my appointment. My serviceman, Gerry, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He repaired a leaking faucet on my old tub and replaced shotty piping under the bathroom sink. He was respectful in my home and communicative on what he was replacing and walked me through the completed work. Highly recommend Gerry and would ask for him for future repairs.
