Chase Bank

This bank deserves no star at all. Worst bank ever creating a bad reputation for chase. Their atm swallowed up my $700 and it didnt post on my account. Filled a claim although they gave a temporary credit then after 1 month, they took it back, closed the claim and literally in quote told me to Im lying to ever made the deposit. Im like arent your ATMs supposed to have a camera. This is purely corporate stealing. Trying to add my $700 cash to their millions of dollars they make each mouth. Pure evil. Im still fighting this and wont stop! Beware of this chase bank for your own good!

No one ever picks up the phone. I only wanted a simple question answered so I dont have to drive to the bank to ask it and theres no option to stay on the phone until someone picks up. The call just ends.

I am very disappointed in this bank I opened this account for my online business and I have had nothing but trouble with it and the tellers at the Eldorado branch can't do anything but hand out an 800 number for you to call. Despite the many phone calls I have made they have had my account restricted for the past 3 weeks over a 400-dollar check and they won't even give me access to my cash I have had to re-route my business to another account and had to borrow money to cover my bills for my business. Plus they refused to let me pick up my money they said I had to wait for it in the mail which would delay me another 5 to 10 days. I'm sure they are making b use of the 400 dollars that has been cleared from my friend's bank for 2 weeks. Don't use this bank they don't even stand by their own policy or federal regulations for deposits. Worst bank experience ever.
