Chase Bank

2 ATMs outside with one of them always down. Closed on Saturdays. Considering switching banks.

This branch does not allow the general public to access the Lobbys ATM when the bank is closed. Very inconvenient when youre waiting in a line of 10-12 people trying to deposit and withdraw cash from the single ATM on the outside of the bank. The drive thru ATM was also down and was not dispensing cash.

I dont like cash they have the slowest ATMs ever you can get robbed trying to deposit or get money out of their ATM and now apparently they have problems with Zelle. Ive been waiting for a Zelle since 230 to get my car out of the shop called Customer Care all they could say is sorry sorry sorry thats not doing any good if I cant get my car out the shop and I cant get to work Donnell is supposed to be available by the end of this day or tomorrow. Is Chase going to pay for an extra day of storage for my car miss wages from work or any of that I highly doubt it all they offer is Im sorry Im glad I still have my Credit Union. I will not be using Chase anymore.

If i am understanding right i have to make appointment just to open a account.? Or to talk to someone is this at all there banks? Now i fine out they are closed on mondays ? They just lost a furture customer!!

Chase for me has been a pretty fair bank. I opened my account because they offered me a bonus. I have stayed with them because they do not treat me wrong. Although I have one current unresolved dispute with their policy, I think they are a good bank in general. But today, as I drive to the Chase Bank on Sunday, Labor Day weekend, their ATM and their drive-thru ATM are out of order. They offer an additional ATM inside an enclosed area that doesn't access the bank. The access portal is out of order. For that reason only I'm leaving one star. As I sat here these few minutes writing this review, I noticed 7 people suffer the same disappointment at the end of their journey.
