        We would have liked to know how incredibly basic this hotel has chosen to be. However The price they charged is in keeping with other similar hotel types but they provide nothing but a bed and Tv. We were provided only 1 bath towel but were able to go to the office and get a couple more. But, No refrigerator, No Microwave, No hair dryer, No Coffee maker not EVEN in the Office. I can't believe that they wouldn't even provide any coffee. This place should offer more or give a discount for the lack of amenities a traveler expects. Noteworthy details: Basic amenities were not provided.

        Got back to the hotel. My keys didnt work for some whatever reasons. Basically locked out of my room. No one present at the front desk. What a disappointment and inconvenient experience. Please do not book this hotel at all. 0 STARS!

Alerting the front desk team by ringing the bell at the night window or calling the hotel's front desk could have helped rectify any issues you may have occurred during your stay.
