        Horrible service. My daughter's stone in her 400.00 ring I bought her for her 25th birthday feel out within the first month. She didn't even wear her ring on the daily. Not worth the credit and interest.

        My partner purchased a ring for me in 2017. Maybe a year or two later a couple of the diamonds fell out after it got sent in for a repair. We called Kay yesterday to ask if it could be repaired even though we bought it so long ago. My partner was pleasantly greeted by Rick who was able to look up the account, set us up an appointment for the next day and offered a trade-in option. Today, Rick helped us browse as many collections as we needed! I got two new rings that replaced the promise ring that my partner gave to me and we are very happy with the customer service.

        Love there service they dont judge you by what u wear Nancy is very patient with me since I m super picky n impatient about waiting to get my ring back from resizing it she even let me know to get insurance for them just incase in the future if i need to get anything done for them etc
