I was in a accident in Sept of last year and my vehicle was hit in front of the Stockton Police Department. Lady was talking on her cell phone. Called and Phoong and they were quick to take my case and tell me they were going get me a settlement. But they didn't even find out any pertinent information about the lady who hit me my own personal insurance agent did and then sent it to them. If that wasn't enough they had her adjuster calling me saying nobody from Phoong law is even giving them a callback to resolve this issue expeditiously. I call and can't even get a call back the same day the same week or anything. I'm without my car and nothing has changed and now it's 2023 and they keep telling me her insurance hasn't approved it yet !!!!! Really this isn't how u take care of your clients and I even referred people as well. My insurance could of been better at this than an actual attorney who to busy to reply . What a joke
