Two stars because people were sent quickly to cover up the issues we complained about. The house had constant mold issues even though I cleaned with bleach once a week, windows pulled away from the walls, there was flooding every winter in the crawl space leading to mosquitoes later, mice in the garage, and excessive water use from the mandated sprinklers. When I spoke to the managers she told me they had no clue there were so many problems with the house. Next thing I know were being evicted because the “owner reclaimed the house” because he wanted to live in it. That’s all well and good except I just met the new tenants... Would not recommend. Ever.

We had a wonderful experience with MCR Property Management. Diane and Barbara are great. We were very well taken care of renting, and recently we bought our house with help of MCR Real Estate and Property Management. Diane Gallagher is very knowledgeable and helpful realtor. She Is very hardworking, client oriented, experienced and truly professional. We would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to get all their goals met during house buying adventure. She gets the job done very nicely! The process is easy and smooth with Diane’s help. Thank you, Diane, and everyone with MCR!

This property management has been so good to me throughout these two years and I highly recommend because whenever there is a problem with your property they send someone out right away to fix the problem and there is always someone there to answer any of my questions or concerns. Hands off management. Doesn’t return phone calls ever. Diane Gallagher Has no idea about the geography of the property she’s managing or about the data or electrical transformers that are located on the premises that service existing neighbors.
When called for access to the yard I was told someone would return my call- no one ever did. I called again one month later and was again given the run around- it’s now been two months and she finally has returned my third phone call. Her tone was disinterested, cold, and mildly annoyed. Calling me from her car with music blaring in the background and acts as if unlocking a gate for Comcast to run service from a pole located in the vacant backyard of the property she manages that has a central Comcast receiver is a major inconvenience to her... horrible attitude and very unprofessional... surprised she’s in any kind of business- let alone one that deals with the public.
