On the same day we filed taxes with them, someone used my husband's social security number to file a tax return in another state. A few hours after we had her prepare our taxes, we received a call from her stating our e-file was rejected because of fraud. We called the IRS fraud department to follow up and they stated on this date (xx/xx/2024) someone used my husband's social security number to file a tax return in another state. This was the same date we filed our taxes with TenStax. It's ironic and not a coincidence. I would be wary in using their services.

I would like to take the time to say Socheata Ten is a great and thorough tax agent, we have been to her the past couple years and she really takes her time to make sure we are getting our years worth of taxes done correctly.
